Aspire Sports Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment and Shipping Times

  • Fulfillment Time: Typically, it takes 2–5 business days to create and fulfill an order.
  • Shipping Time: This varies based on the destination and chosen shipping method.

Fiji Shipping Times (For Locally Produced Products)

  • Viti Levu: 3–4 business days
  • Vanua Levu: 5–7 business days
  • Outer Islands: 7–10 business days

👉 These shipping times apply only to products that are produced locally in Fiji and shipped within Fiji.

International Shipping Times (For Products Produced Overseas)

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 5–15 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates depend on the product type, destination, and selected shipping method. Aspire Sports provides a detailed breakdown of shipping costs for various products and regions. For instance, shipping a single t-shirt to the USA may cost $4.69, with an additional $2.20 for each extra t-shirt in the same order. 

International Shipping and Customs

Aspire Sports ships globally, but some destinations may have restrictions. International shipments may incur customs fees, VAT, or import duties, which are the recipient's responsibility. These fees vary depending on the order value, destination country, and other factors.

To minimize the risk of delays or issues during transit, we recommend providing a phone number for international orders. Aspire Sports is not responsible for customs delays.

Packaging and Branding

Products are packaged carefully to ensure safe delivery. While Aspire Sports' packaging is generally neutral, there are options to include custom branding, such as packing slips with your logo and contact information.

Order Tracking

Once an order is shipped, customers receive a tracking link via email to monitor their shipment's progress. For any questions regarding tracking or shipment, customers are encouraged to contact Aspire Sports' support team.

Returns and Exchanges

Aspire Sports’ return policy primarily covers issues like damaged or mislabeled items. Refunds are typically offered only for such cases.
