We may also modify this Agreement at any time and your continued use of the Program following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

The Program allows Users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based subscription forms. Regardless of the opt-in method you used to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Program.
